Using DataAct Version Chooser:  Introduction

There are four components available in Datact Version Chooser. 

• User executable program

  • LVC_Utility

• Command line interface

  • LVC_Version

  • LVC_Action

  • LVC_Diff

The user executable program is available from the Start Menu (under DataAct\DataAct Version Chooser\DataAct Version Chooser) or can be double clicked in Windows Explorer (LVC_Utility.exe).  The command line interfaces are designed to be called from the command line with at least one command line argument.  The programs will generate an error if double clicked in Windows Explorer.
