Installation

DataAct Version Chooser comes with an easy to use installer. Double click on the installer file and follow the instructions. The installer will take care of the rest.  The installer will detect if the LabVIEW 7.1 run-time engine is already installed, and automatically uncheck the box for that component.

Once the installation is complete, you will be see the LVC_Utility window which will complete the necessary steps for the installed components that require additional setup.  To view the changes that will be made, see the section on Using LVC_Action:  Setup and Using LVC_Version:  Setup.

The installation program also includes a Maintenance Wizard that can be activated by re-running the installation program anytime after the initial installation.
